VISIONexpert® flexible and scalable
| ASSEMBLYexpert Assembly tasks check for completeness, correctness and the position of components. Depending on the type of failure different warning signals can be generated. |
| MEASUREexpert The measurement position depends on several aspects such as the camera type, optics, illumination and the samples themselves. The repeat-accuracy of the measurements using a golden-template ( for example with sharp edges ) goes up to 1/10'000 of the field of view. The absolute-accuracy goes up to 1/2000. | OCRexpert Our standard software can read printed as well as hand-written characters, barcodes or matrix codes. Stamped or other special characters can be also learned and the system trained to recognize them. |
| SOLDERexpert The appearance of solder blobs reflects the soldering quality. In particular lack or excess of solder can be estimated by its size and form. |
| PRINTexpert The system is capable of learning from samples that are considered as good. Sensitivity to different kinds of defects can be separately set on the different ROIs. |
| ROBOTVISIONexpert The vision system is the eye of the robot with the camera either staticly applied or fixed to the robot arm itself. In cooperation with some robot manufacturers we are able to track and pick moving objects on a conveyor belt. The software allows the calibration of the whole system and the learning of new objects taking the grabbing position and orientation in consideration. |
