The Compar Label Inspection System for the Zebra ZT600 series delivers a fully integrated, validation-ready solution for inline label quality control. A 600 dpi CIS module is installed directly inside the printer above the label path, capturing inspection images without requiring hardware changes or impacting printer performance.
Inspection regions are defined automatically from layout files such as PDF, image, or ZPL and managed directly by the Visionexpert® software – no teaching required.
The system also detects dynamic fields (e.g. serial numbers, dates) through ZPL commands or ERP-driven variables and treats them independently during inspection – a must for regulated environments.
